Sean Emmett BSc MRICS
Managing Director
Sean has over 37 years' experience in the industry ranging from Quantity Surveying to Project Management in most sectors of construction, with the last 15 years' at Director level. Posts have included Commercial, Operations and Development Director with a large groundworks and development company. Sean can be found tinkling the ivories in his spare time.
Karen King
Executive Assistant
With over 25 years' experience in the construction industry Karen has a fair knowledge of building. From the production of reports and invoices to general office management, Karen keeps the company running on that all important "day to day" basis. A bit of a history geek, Karen enjoys spending time with family and friends on her down time.
