Sean Emmett BSc MRICS
Managing Director
Sean has over 38 years' experience in the industry ranging from Quantity Surveying to Project Management in most sectors of construction, with the last 16 years' at Director level. Posts have included Commercial, Operations and Development Director with a large groundworks and development company. Sean is creative and finds making things from scratch therapeutic.
Karen King
Executive Assistant
With over 26 years' experience in the construction industry Karen has a fair knowledge of building. From the production of reports and invoices to general office management, Karen keeps the company running on that all important "day to day" basis. A bit of a history geek, Karen spends her down time walking her dog and enjoying time with family and friends.
